You will provide us with the details of the cargo such as where to be transported, the weight, dimensions, and the pickup and delivery locations.
Cargo Pickup
- After the order is placed, the next step is the pickup of the cargo from the client’s location.
- We will assign a driver and a vehicle for the pickup, and the client will be notified of the estimated pickup time.
- The driver will verify the details of the cargo with the client, inspect and secure the cargo, and provide a pickup receipt to the client.
Cargo Delivery
Upon reaching the destination, we will deliver the cargo to the recipient. Our driver will verify your identity, inspect and release the cargo, providing a delivery receipt. After that, You will get instantly notified of the successful delivery of the cargo.
Invoice, Payment & Feedback
Lastly, we have reached the final step in the workflow. You will be invoiced for the transportation service, and the payment can be made through various modes, up to your preffered choice, either online or cash on delivery. We might kindly ask for a short feedback whenever you can spare some time, to improve our workflow in the future.
